	My husband and I, and our guests, were very pleased with our starters, main meals and desserts at your wonderful establishment. Neither of our guests had eaten at Juniper and both agreed that my rave reviews of past evenings at Juniper were not over-statement. 	Great Lunch
	This was our second lunch at Juniper. It was great. We come in from different parts of Ottawa and it is worth the drive.(construction and all). The young lady that waited on our table both times was wonderful. She was not hovering, but when we needed her she was there. More important she remembered us from our previous visit and was very informative about the menu. Your food is great but your staff fantastic. Thank you Diva

	Accommodating
	Please accept my appreciation for a wonderful dinner last night. I made a mistake on the no of guests in my reservation. Your staff were so helpful in setting up a table for six close to the bar. We had a great celebration of my son's graduation. The food was great and the staff were all very nice to us. Thank you!

	Sous Vide
	Well the sous vide egg was absolutely phenomenally delicious, as were the vegetables on the plate. Juniper is a real taste sensation. I have recommended your restaurant to my friends/family. Wish I could cook that well every day ;)

	Lunch
	It was a very pleasant lunch with good, light, interesting food and a solicitous but not intrusive waitress. Perfect for our business lunch. We would definitely return. Thank you.

	Great Dinner
	‎Great dinner. Elegant venue. We don't dine out very often as we are both good cooks, but we don't cook like this, and we always enjoy our meal at Juniper. Thanks, Bill

	Crispy Ravioli
	Last night we had one of the most delightful meals . . . it was our first visit to Juniper, but will not be our last! Bryan ordered the Crispy Ravioli. With his first bite, he said "This reminds me of a dish in Afghanistan!" When he asked our server about it, she checked with the Chef who said he'd created it inspired by some Italian recipe. While we have no doubts about that, a little research uncovered an Afghan dish called "Ashak"! Bryan remember that, and although your recipe is your own, the taste was so similar to "Ashak". 	Pleasant, Knowledgeable and Accommodating
	Hello, I just want to say My friends and I had a delightful dinner at Junipers on Friday night. The food was excellent (I had the mackerel; what a treat that was!) 	Wonderful Meal
	Just a quick note to say that the four of us had a wonderful meal last night. We each enjoyed every aspect of the experience from the food to the service of Chad and your Sommelier. The wine choices and our son's beer were excellent. In particular we want to thank you for making our son Sean's birthday a little more special with your terrific chocolate cake. 	Family Love
	Just a note to say thanks for the really nice lunch that we three sisters had yesterday to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed everything (!) ... the celebratory prosecco followed by the corbieres (thanks for the taste test, Chad - personally, I preferred the malbec to go with my beef, but got outvoted by the birthday girl, and we had already decided to go with a bottle rather than individual glasses - the corbieres was lovely too). The interesting charcuterie plate (yummy PEI smoked salmon, duck and in-house pork, etc., were all wonderful), soup, beef for 2 of us and chicken club for 1, followed by chocolate stout birthday cake (thanks for the nice b-day touch ;-) and cappuccino to top it off were all perfect, sitting there in the sun on such a cold winter day. Just love your crystal clean glasses and windows - such a peaceful space ... always such a treat to go to Juniper. Keep up the great work! Thanks again and hope to see you again soon! 	Birthday Party!
	A huge thank-you from 7 happy diners. Everyone thorouhgly enjoyed our range of selections from all four courses. The service was excellent - attentive but not intrusive. The private room was an added bonus and thanks for offering it to us. 	Had a wonderful supper – service was excellent and food outstanding. Loved the amuse. Atmosphere was nice, and thank you for having chairs that were comfortable to sit in and support the back properly for a long and leisurely meal. 	We were 4 at our table. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect lending to a wonderful conversation of "catching up" and celebrating a Birthday. The lunch was finished with a surprise from your kitchen with a complimentary dessert, excellent presentation, and a candle to make a wish. What a kind and beautiful gesture. We definitely will return to celebrate more birthdays at Juniper! Thank you for a warm and welcoming lunch on a very cold day!

	Cocktails in the lounge
	Hello: Just wanted to say the dinner last night was great. I could not be happier with the service and the great food. 	Bathrooms
	Hello, If we could put aside your excellent food and service for a second, I have to say that you have the cleanest, neatest, and most efficient bathrooms of just about any restaurant. Actually, I can't think of another Ottawa restaurant that compares. The only other place that provides such a great bathroom experience is a higher end hotel (for example, The Westin Calgary). Odd thing to compliment on but, for me, an extremely important part of the whole experience! Best regards, Debra

	Good Afternoon, Paul I wanted to write to you and thank you and your staff for the excellent service we received on Friday night. The whole evening from start to finish was wonderful and fun. Your staff kept the tables clean, the water glasses filled and the drinks replenished. The canapés were excellent, the dinner was wonderful (I had the soup, trout and crème brulee). Your wait staff were wonderful and cheerful and knowledgeable. 	Hello There: I just want to let you know that Roland and I had a really enjoyable dining expereince at your restaurant this past Friday night. The food was excellent - no surprise there. In addition to that though - we both thought it was the service that really made the evening special. The servers were professional but refreshingly friendly - without getting in the way or our dinner or conversation. It was obvious how well they worked together as a team. 	Delectable Meal
	To Front and Back of House, I would like to take a moment to thank you for a most memorable and delectable meal. I am sorry we left rather swiftly (especially after having arrived quite past our 9 p.m. reservation - apologies again!); our cab arrived sooner than anticipated. Because of our speedy exit, I wanted to take the time to write in and say how pleased we were with our visit. Without hesitation, I'd say that Juniper's food was on par with some of the samplings we've had in Chicago, New York and Boston. Will certainly recommend you guys for visiting friends who claim Ottawa's food scene subpar... We'll be back in the very near future. 	New Year's Eve 2011
	Dear Juniper staff, I was a guest of Ali and Dennis Mathews at their wedding receptions New Years eve. It was one of the best parties of any kind I have ever been to and the most fun I have had in a long, long time. This was due in large part to the quality of the staff at Juniper. The food all night was remarkable, interesting, plentiful, timely, and of course delicious. My compliments to the chef's and their kitchen staff. In addition to the food, the service from the front of house staff was exceptional. From the moment I arrived I was greeted, given the lay of the land, had my coat taken for me, and had a drink in my hand. This quality continued all night. Every staff member I interacted with was perfectly friendly, knowledgable and capable in their jobs, and really gave me the feeling they were enjoying making sure the guests were having a great time. And we did. A special kudos to the lovely ladies behind the bar who were quick, personable, and made perticullarly good martinis and my first two manhattens all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm not one who typically takes the extra time to send little notes of appreciation to people, but your team, all of them, was so good that I really wanted to thank you for helping to make my and our evening one I will never forget.
