Wolf Blass Wine Dinner Menu

Back by popular demand, Mr. Mark Bruni, Wolf Blass Wine Educator will be hosting a five course meal prepared by Chefs Richard Nigro & Norman Aitken for $125 (excluding taxes & gratuity). The evening begins at 6pm with bubbly and canapés in the lounge. After tantalizing your taste buds, the dinner will start at 7pm, providing you with a food and wine extravaganza. This is our third Wolf Blass Wine Dinner and we hope to repeat history by selling out quite early. For those who haven’t heard, Wolf Blass received the Red Winemaker of the Year Award by the International Wine Challenge in London, England. A remarkably prestigious honour!
